02Packaging & storage on arrival
Lyophilised compounds are stable in transit and ship protected against light and impact. Refrigerate or freeze on arrival according to the product's storage specification.
03Free shipping threshold
Express shipping is free on orders over €200. Below the threshold, the rate is calculated at checkout.
04Resend & refund — no returns
Research compounds are never shipped back to us: once a vial leaves our cold chain its integrity cannot be re-verified, so there is no returns process. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or fails its published specification, contact support@alptide.ch within 14 days with the batch number — we resend it or refund it, your choice.
